Speedgoat Return Policies

Speedgoat provides a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all regularly-priced, non-closeout items. If not satisfied with your product, you may return it. Returns will be credited for the full price of the items, minus a 15% restocking fee. This policy pertains to any order in our system that has already been processed for payment and sent to our shipping department.

Our restocking fee covers any carrying, processing, packaging, and labor costs, which are included in our prices. If we made a mistake which necessitated the return, we will of course waive the restocking fee entirely.

Returns must be issued within 30 days of the purchase. This limitation is not imposed by Speedgoat, but is instead a common restriction imposed on credit card transactions in general. Returns can only be credited to the card used to make the initial purchase. In the event that we are unable to issue a credit to your card, we reserve the right to issue a gift certificate for the refund amount.

Speedgoat does not accept item exchanges, except in cases where we have mis-shipped an item. We will credit your card for a returned item once the item is received in the required condition. Our credit policy allows you to purchase the replacement item immediately and helps ensure more efficient processing of your refund. When returning items to us without a call tag, we recommend using a traceable courier such as UPS.

Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery. Any damages or defects must be noted immediately, and even defective items are ineligible for return after thirty days. Items will only be accepted for return in new, uninstalled, unused condition. Items that have been removed from sealed packaging, mounted, modified, or installed, are unfortunately not eligible for return.

At Speedgoat we do everything we can to make sure every order is 100% correct. If you believe an error has been made on your order, please first check your invoice to ensure the item in question was ordered correctly. If you feel a mistake has been made on our part, or that your order was damaged in shipment, please fill out this form immediately to request a Return Authorization number. If a return is determined to be necessary due to a mistake on our part, we will arrange to have UPS pick up the item at our cost, and will of course waive any and all restocking fees. International customers ineligible for UPS service must still complete a Return Authorization Request, and will be reimbursed for their return shipping expenses at our discretion, provided returned packages are clearly labeled "warranty/return."

All return shipments must include an RA number, displayed clearly on the outside of the package. We are not responsible for shipments which do not include a legible RA number on the outside of the package.

Speedgoat does not issue RA numbers via email or over the phone, please use the form below to request an RA number. RA Numbers are typically issued within one business day of the request.
