Speedgoat Shipping Policies Free shipping on Internet Orders over $100 If the order you place on-line with us exceeds $100 and is being shipped within the continental United States, we'll pay for your shipping. Our free shipping method is UPS Ground, but we reserve the right to use USPS Parcel Post to reach locations not adequately serviced by UPS. There is no free shipping option to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, the Marianas or Marshall Islands, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or any other heretofore unmentioned US Territory or foreign country. Our free shipping does apply to U.S. military AA, AE and AP postal addresses. Free shipping to these addresses uses USPS Parcel Post. International Shipping There are a number of vendors who do not allow us to ship their product outside of the United States. We respect their decision and will not ship these products internationally. Established restrictions are clearly indicated on our product pages. Vendor export restrictions are subject to continual evaluation, and we reserve the right to cancel or amend any order found to be in violation of our international shipping restrictions, even if an item is not clearly indicated as having a restriction. In some cases, a destination country does not appear as a shipping option. Unfortunately, we are not currently able to deliver our products to all countries. If your country does not appear in the list of countries, we are unable to deliver products to your country. Possible reasons why a country would be excluded from our list of available destinations include, but are not limited to: 1) Export restrictions based on brand or type of product 2) Verified fraud and/or demonstrated unreliable delivery 3) Exorbitant freight fees/limited or restricted freight service options We apologize for any inconvenience, and hope to be able to deliver to your destination in the future. While we welcome international orders, we unfortunately have no control over, or information about, the duties, brokerage fees, or import taxes charged by your country. These fees are not a part of the traditional shipping phase of an order, and are imposed by each particular country. As such, we have no information or influence over these fees.
