IO611: CAN FD I/O Module

CAN FD I/O module with 2 isolated ports for CAN FD, highspeed CAN, lowspeed CAN or LIN, and Simulink driver blocks

The IO611 is an I/O module with 2 galvanically isolated ports for CAN FD, CAN or LIN protocols; compatible with CAN 2.0A/B networks and support for SAE J1939 and XCP over CAN. Driver blocks for Simulink Real-Time are included.

 

It also supports the following protocols:

  • CAN FD up to 8 Mbps data rate and 64 data bytes payload
  • CAN up to 1 Mbps and 8 data bytes payload
  • Two LIN interfaces (ISO 9141)
  • Supports also SAE J1939, and XCP over CAN
  • Compatible with CAN 2.0A messages (11-bit identifier) and CAN 2.0B messages (29-bit identifier)
  • Highspeed (ISO 11898-2) and lowspeed/fault-tolerant (ISO 11898-3) CAN, software selectable for each channel
  • Easily connect to floating point signals in Simulink
  • Fully compatible with Simulink Real-Time workflow
  • 'Lean' on-board CAN firmware leads to minimal receive and transmit driver block latencies
  • Extensive Simulink Real-Time driver blockset offers comprehensive functionality
  • Easy firmware updates: the Setup driver block downloads microcontroller firmware each time a target application is initialized
