RoHS Conformity

Speedgoat herewith declares that all products, including all components and all subcomponents, comply with RoHS 2 directive 2011/65/EU and amendment 2015/863, through direct compliance, or by falling under one of the exceptions explicitly mentioned in the RoHS directive.

REACH Conformity

Speedgoat is considered a “downstream user”. All products are non-chemical goods. Under normal and foreseeable application, products shall not release any substances.

The table below lists all the Speedgoat products with a concentration above 0.1% w/w of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in accordance with EU REACH Article 33 Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006, including the corresponding SCIP-Number according to the waste framework directive 2008/98/EC.

According to the certified management systems for quality, environmental, and health and safety, Speedgoat has implemented procedures to monitor and comply with relevant legislation continuously.
