Extend Battery Cell Emulation with High-Precision and Isolated Emulation of Temperature Sensors

The temperature emulation unit allows you to precisely model temperaturs profiles. This allows you to validate your battery management systems (BMS) efficiently while taking thermal effects into account. The unit features a resistor chain with configurable relays to achieve a broad resistive range with resolutions as small as 0.125 Ω.

Up to 4 temperature sensor channels can be integrated into a 12-cell BCE.

The Speedgoat I/O Blockset and the Simulink® workflow enable the thermal simulation of any linear and nonlinear temperature sensor to best accommodate your application.
