IO316

Configurable I/O module

The IO316 is a flexible, cost-effective, and configurable I/O module with 64 single-ended digital lines.

You can expand the IO316 capabilities with Speedgoat’s extension I/O interfaces for digital lines or additional functionalities such as resolver measurement.

The IO316 I/O module comes with a Speedgoat configuration file containing all of the required functionality and is ideal for closed-loop controls and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulations using MATLAB® and Simulink™.

Key Features

  • 64 ESD-protected TTL lines
  • 64 additional I/O lines
  • Configurable FPGA workflow for Simulink Real-Time™ supported by Speedgoat configuration files and the Speedgoat I/O Blockset
  • Simulink Real-Time driver blocks for FPGA code modules

I/O Interfaces
IO316 - Plug-ins
Extension I/O Interface
IO316-21 56x 3.3 V/5 V TTL I/O lines
IO316-22 24x 3.3 V/5 V TTL I/O lines and 32x RS422/RS485 I/O lines
MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) - MTBF values shown are based on calculation according to MIL-HDBK-217F and MIL-HDBK-217F Notice 2; Environment: GB 20°C. The MTBF calculation is based on component FIT rates provided by the component suppliers. If FIT rates are not available, MIL-HDBK-217F and MIL-HDBK-217F Notice 2 formulas are used for the FIT rate calculation.
