Aerospace Protocols

ARINC 429, ARINC 629, ARINC 825 and ARINC 664 Part 7 (AFDX) are data bus standards widely used in avionics.

Speedgoat I/O modules, enable ARINC device emulation and communication with ARINC devices right from Simulink. This supports deterministic hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation and certification testing of avionics controllers (FADECs), using emulated plants, sensors or actuators.

The ARINC 429 Parser feature, supported by the IO682, resolves the puzzle of manually configuring hundreds of labels, channels, and schedules in large ARINC networks by automating the configuration steps. This eliminates manual errors and boosts efficiency when testing large networks.
